
Sleep is Essentially Important! In fact, it's one of the most important, yet most difficult to achieve necessities. We spend too much time trying to increase what we have, yet only increasing the stress in our lives. By the time we get what we've worked hard for, we have created a life that allows us no time to actually enjoy it. In order to make time, we have to give up sleep because there are only 24 hours in a day. What's crazy is that many people that sleep between 6-8 hours at night still don't reach REM sleep.
