
What a great day for the "Murph" Challenge at Infinite CrossFit in Frisco. A little rain and a little breeze made all of the difference. My 10 year old son, Ayri, participated as well. For those that may not be familiar with the "Murph" challenge here's the workout that separates the contenders from the "pretenders":
